Colin says: One of the clearest views to date of the new offshore wind farm development. Twenty nine of the thirty wind turbine foundations are already in place. What looks like an oil rig on the right hand side of the photo is actually a ship with legs which carries the pre-fabircated foundations on deck and moves from place to place anchoring them one by one to the sea bed.
