Colin says: The Cable Laying vessel Oceanic Pearl moored opposite the old prison ship in Ramsden Dock.
DL says: It's a prison ship that never was. It was an accommodation barge for the offshore industry that was supposed to be planned for conversion to a prison ship, but it never happened and it's been slowly rusting there ever since. Hate to think what the mooring fees have been over the years!
