Coastal Erosion on Earnse Bay

Update: Local MP John Hutton is now aware of the problems on Earnse Bay and has urged the local council to speed up their response. This North West Evening Mail article has details. Please continue to demand that local councillors take action now as without continued pressure they are likely to let matters slide as they have done in the past. Will we still be able to access Earnse Bay this time next year?

If after watching this video you think that public access to Earnse Bay or Walney's Northern Nature Reserve may be adversly effected if the coastal road is neglected for very much longer - then please 'share' this video with your local councillors (e-mail addresses below) and demand that they prioritise the funding of remedial work immediately.

Dear Councillor.
Please bring the subject of this video to the attention of the local council as soon as possible and request that long-term vehicular access to Earnse Bay and the northern nature reserve and the security of the residents of West Shore Park is given the highest possible priority.
(You might like to add your own name and/or address to your message so they know it isn't a wind-up.)
